Process Flow

The graphical representation of the process Flow in Figure 1 shows the steps to be performed in order to call up the signature box with the necessary position information.

Timeout​

  • Initial Session Timeout: A 5-minute timeout is provided for the initial service call. If the url isn't called within the 5 minutes, the session will be invalidated.
  • Placement Timeout: A 15-minute timeout is provided for placing digital signature stamps on documents via the web application. The same timeout is used for the final command to retrieve the position data.
  • GDPR-Timeout (daily): A daily clean-up job removes all session data (including documents) that is more than 24 hours old.
