In accordance with the data minimisation requirements of the GDPR, as little data as possible is stored and deleted as quickly as possible.

• Once the placement within the web application has been completed successfully, the document data will be deleted.
• Once the positions have been queried, all session data is deleted.
• Any data (including documents) from expired sessions will be deleted daily.
