Timeout

  • API Timeout: There is a timeout of 5 minutes between individual API commands. The final command for retrieving the positions is excluded.
  • Placement Timeout: A timeout of 15 minutes is provided for placing the image marks on the documents via the web application. The same timeout also applies to the final command for retrieving the position data.
  • GDPR Timeout (daily): A daily cleanup job removes all successful session data (including documents) if it is older than 24 hours.
