As little data as possible is stored and, in accordance with the GDPR data minimization requirements, deleted as quickly as possible.

• After successful completion of the web application, the document data is deleted.
• After the positions have been retrieved, all session data is deleted.
• All unsaved data (including documents) from sessions whose time has expired is deleted daily.
